ABSTRACT
This scientific article analyzes the current civil legislation of the Republic of Armenia through the prism of the study of the category of escheated property. The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that the use of this institution allows for the functional and effective use of “vacant” property in the public interest by transforming this property into public property.
